Villa Urania is bookable as one unit and not separately.
Minimum stay of five (5) nights is required.
Maximum accommodation capacity of 10.

Check out time at 11:00
All payments must be made in euro.
Payments should be made via bank transfer or cash.
A 30% deposit of the total sum is required, in order to reserve the villa.
The 30% deposit should be submitted within 3 working days after booking otherwise there will be a cancellation.
The final payment should be made upon arrival.
Additional charges incurred during the stay should be paid a day before check out.
Full refund of the 30% deposit will be issued if the cancellation period is within 61 days prior to the arrival.
Cancellation after that period will result in a forfeit of the 30% deposit.
No Smoking inside the villa.
Pets are welcome only in the exterior area of the villa.
The client is responsible for any damages or losses incurred during the period of occupation. We reserve the right to repossess the property if the client or a member of their party has caused excessive damage to our property.
